Terms of service
By hiring me, you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
GENERAL
I reserve the rights to decline a commission for any reason.
I do not consent to using my files for AI training/NFT purposes.
Sending a request through VGen/Discord is not equal to saving a spot.
PAYMENTS
Payment must be done in full before starting the commission.
I do offer payment plans for orders over $250.
REVISIONS
The Client is allowed to ask for up to 5 revisions in the sketch stage without additional charge. Upon that, an additional fee of $5-$10 (depending on the complexity of the revision) is required.
After sketching/drafting stage, a fee is going to be required for any revision.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
The Client will be notified about an estimated delivery time upon requesting a commission (up to a month).
If the Client needs to have an artwork delivered by a specific deadline, a rush fee of up to 50% of the original price may apply.
USE
The Client has permission to use the artwork for personal/commercial use (streaming/social media) with credit (Twitter/VGen link).
For merchandising rights an additional fee of 100% of the original price will be added.
I do reserve the rights to publish WIPs/finished commissions to my social media/website throughout the working process. If the Client wishes for me to wait with publishing to a specific deadline, I have to be notified beforehand.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I do reserve all the intellectual property rights. The Client does not have the rights to claim the art as their own and has to credit me whenever they are using my artworks.
REFUNDS
The Client may ask for a refund before I start the commission process. As soon as I start working on the commission, the Client is not allowed to ask for a refund, unless I cancel the commission if I cannot finish it for any reason - the Client will be notified about that.
COMMUNICATION
My preferred communication methods are through VGen, Twitter or Discord.
I will provide the Client with major updates during the process. The Client has the rights to ask about the progress as well.

I ordered from her entire stream design and an additional PNG model. Everything went flawlessly, the commissions have been done very professionally and on time, the quality of the works is very high. Really recommended!

Communication with NJel is fast and clear, she instantly understands the commissioner’s needs and always asks if there are any changes to the details/colors to be made or if she has to switch her style in some way. Her works are a pleasure to my eyes and NJel enjoys creating them, and the range of works you can ask for is wide. Definitely a “one of a kind” artist.

I haven't had a pleasure of working with artists before, I met Ewa because of references from my discord friends. I'm really happy about her work, Ewa is really responsive and helpful, she stays in touch with the client during every step of her work and that helps to avoid any unclear situations.
